*Please Note: Vista Inspection Services, LLC's Standard Home Inspection of a TIC, condominium and townhouse is limited to the interior/living space of the unit itself (as defined by its interior walls, floor and ceiling), and never includes(except with our written consent) the exterior of siding, roof, gates, balconies, decks, parking areas, patios, walkways, and recreational equipment, central heating and cooling, pools, attached or unattached garage, foundation, fences, drainage, vents, ducts, balconies, decks, etc. Prior to the inspection, please contact the HOA (or in the absence of an HOA, the other owners of the building) to determine the responsibility of all elements which are not included in Our Standard condominium, townhome, or TIC unit inspection.
